There is a ground floor powder room and a wood paneled office with built-in bookshelves, which currently serves as the owner’s center for fly tying and all things fishing.
Stairs lead up to a hall with built-in floor to ceiling bookshelves, and onto the master suite. Off to the side of the four poster bed, a glass-fronted fireplace is flanked by a comfortable seating area. Membership in the elite Stream Club conveys with the property, providing access to 5 miles of premium fly fishing on the Beaverkill River, down from the bridge, while the Home Owners’ Association provides for another mile above the bridge.
